Check your kiln's spec
We publish the wind specifications we hold, brand by brand, with element counts and voltages. Worth checking before you enquire — voltage matters as much as model, since the same kiln ships in both 208V and 240V and they take differently wound elements.
How to order a custom coil
Three steps, and you do not need a part number for any of them.

Send what you have
Model and serial off the data plate, or a photo of the old element beside a tape measure. Either is enough to start.

We confirm the spec
We work out target resistance, wire gauge, coil length and termination style, then send it back in writing for you to check before anything is wound.

We wind and measure
Your set is wound in-house and every coil measured against target to ±2% before it ships. Standard lead time is 48 hours.
