Delivery
Shipping across Canada
We ship from Markham to every province and territory. Domestic supply means no customs delays and no cross-border surprises on a part you need this week.
Transit times
Southern Ontario and the GTA are typically quickest, with the rest of the country following in order of distance. Remote and northern addresses take longer, and we will tell you what to expect before you order rather than after.
We quote a realistic transit estimate with every order. If something is going to take longer than usual, you hear it from us up front.
Packaging
Heating elements are more fragile than they look. Kiln element coils deform if crushed, and a bent coil will not seat correctly in its groove. Tubular elements bend. We pack accordingly — rigid protection around the coil, and terminal ends supported rather than left loose.
Check on arrival, before you install
Open the package and inspect the element while the courier's paperwork is still fresh. Look for deformed coils, bent tubes and damaged terminal ends. Damage reported immediately is straightforward to resolve; damage found three weeks later after a failed installation is not.
Remote and northern delivery
We ship to remote communities, including addresses that some suppliers will not service. Transit takes longer and costs more, and we will be straight with you about both before you commit.
Urgent orders
No hot water in February is not a situation that waits comfortably. If your order is urgent, say so when you enquire — expedited shipping is usually available, and we will tell you honestly whether it will actually make a difference to your arrival date or just cost you more.
Returns
If we identify an element and it turns out not to fit, that is our error and we sort it out. Custom-built elements are made to your approved specification and cannot be restocked, which is exactly why we confirm every dimension in writing before building anything.

Send us your model number or a photo
Most people who contact us do not know their part number, and that is fine. A photo of the rating plate or the old element is enough for us to identify the exact replacement.
