Heavy-gauge coils for industrial furnaces and process heat equipment. This is where being the manufacturer matters most: original part numbers are routinely obsoleted while the equipment stays in service for decades, and we can wind from dimensions and ratings when nobody else will supply the part.

What the symptoms are telling you
Work out what has actually failed before you order. We would rather talk you out of a part you do not need than sell you the wrong one.
Original part number is discontinued
Industrial heating elements are frequently obsoleted long before the equipment they serve reaches end of life.
Do this: Send dimensions, ratings and photos. This is standard work for us, not an exception.
Furnace will not hold setpoint
Coils have oxidised and thinned, raising resistance and cutting output across the whole chamber.
Do this: Measure each coil against its target resistance to confirm before scheduling downtime.
Repeated failures in the same position
A hot spot from restricted airflow, contamination, or a coil undersized for the duty it is being asked to do.
Do this: Worth reviewing the specification rather than simply replacing like for like.
Visible scorching at the terminals
A loose connection creating resistance and heat at the terminal rather than in the coil itself.
Do this: Replace the coil and the terminal hardware together, or the new coil will fail the same way.

Industrial questions
Can you wind an element that is no longer manufactured?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. If you can supply physical dimensions, mounting arrangement, voltage, wattage and terminal style — ideally with the old element in hand or photographed against a tape measure — we can wind a match. Where the original is genuinely unavailable, this is usually far faster and cheaper than replacing whole equipment.
What do you need for a custom industrial coil?
Overall length and width, mounting flange or bracket dimensions and hole spacing, number of coil passes, voltage, wattage, phase and terminal orientation. We confirm every dimension back to you in writing before anything is wound, so there are no surprises at installation.
Do you supply three-phase and 600V coils?
Yes. Commercial and industrial Ontario installations run 208V, 480V and 600V three-phase regularly and we wind for all of them. Phase and voltage must come from the equipment nameplate rather than being assumed from the building service.
How fast can you turn around a plant-down situation?
Standard lead time is 48 hours, and we will tell you honestly up front whether your specific build fits that. Stock-profile coils move quickly. Genuinely custom geometry takes longer, and you will have a firm date before you approve the order rather than after.
