My Bryant air handler blows air but it's not warm. Where do I start?
Pull the heat kit and check whether any stages energise at all when you call for heat. If nothing energises, suspect the sequencer or the control board before you suspect the elements. If some stages heat and others stay cold, those cold stages are almost always burned-open windings, not a control fault.
Can I fit a non-Bryant element in a Bryant heat kit?
Yes, provided the resistance, amperage and physical dimensions match the original element on the kit label. Why does my Bryant furnace trip its breaker only on the coldest days?
That pattern points to a marginal element or connection that only fails once the full stage count is called for, which happens on the coldest days when every stage is running. Check for loose lugs at the element terminals and for a sequencer that is staging elements on too quickly, since both will spike current draw above what a 30-50A breaker can hold.
